Program Description
Everyone benefits from developing an ability to recognize and promote ethical behaviors in the workplace. This presentation will cover concepts of ethics with examples of how ethics applies to our daily activities, personally and professionally. The goal of this training is to teach participants how to make ethical choices in situations where decisions, behaviors, or outcomes could be considered right or wrong. An emphasis will be placed on how to act ethically, demonstrate integrity, and the need to accept our own mistakes.
Learning Objectives
• Develop an understanding of their individual and professional ethical responsibilities.
• Learn how to encourage ethical behavior in others.
• Have a deeper understanding of the legal implications of having or not having an ethics program.
• Learn how to identify unethical behavior.
CPE Credits
Attendees may be eligible to receive up to 2.0 CPE credits in Behavioral Ethics
