The Association of Inspectors General Board Nominations Committee has certified 25 candidates for the 2026 AIG Board of Directors election. Eight positions are available.
The election will be conducted electronically beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and will close Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
Voter Eligibility
To be eligible to vote, you must be a current National member of the Association for 2026–27 and have also been a National member in 2025–26.
Eligible voters will receive an individualized electronic ballot through AIG's secure online voting system when voting opens on September 8.
Board members serve staggered three-year terms. Therefore, only current Board members whose terms expire on December 31, 2026, and who are seeking reelection will appear on this year's ballot.
