2019 Board of Directors Election Results

The Nominations and Elections Committee is pleased to announce that the election to fill positions on the Board of Directors has concluded.  Thanks to all who cast their votes. Congratulations to the following five individuals, including one re-elected Board Member, three new Board Members and one former Board Member who is once again returning to serve on the Board. Glenda Arrington (re-elected) Jessica Cabrera (new) Will Fletcher (new) Patra Liu (new term) Scott Boehm (new) - selected in accordance with the AIG by-laws to fill a vacancy created by the mid-term departure of a board member. Each will serve a three-year term, beginning on January 1, 2020.
