The AIG staff includes John Jay College faculty and students. All staff members work part-time schedules.

We can also be reached by office telephone – 212-237-8001. The best times to call are Mondays through Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM (New York Time). If your call is transferred to voice mail, leave a detailed message and someone should get back to you, but it is always better to also send an email.
Voice mail messages simply requesting a return call without details regarding the subject of the inquiry are not returned.
