In the role of Audit Supervisor you can expect to lead an audit team in the review of organizational and functional procedures, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over those activities, and determine whether audited entities are operating efficiently and effectively.
Pay range $60,049.60 – $99,548.80, based on qualifications.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with major course work in accounting. Three years of experience in auditing, with one year experience as a supervisor. Ability to effectively plan, organize, direct, and review the work of team members. Licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
Experience in local government auditing, with additional years of experience supervising complex performance audits. Advanced skills in analytical software, such as ACL and automated working papers.
