Supervisor of Fraud Detection and Development

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services  Office of Inspector General (OIG), is seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fulfill the responsibilities of Supervisor of Fraud Detection & Development for the Bureau of Fraud Science and Technology. The ideal candidate will manage predictive analytics and fraud case management systems, initiate complex and technical fraud detection algorithms, research, and development. Additional responsibilities will include initiating technical proposals to improve program effectiveness, enhance computer systems, reduce non-fixed costs, and improve employee morale and productivity. The position will also represent program management staff with officials of various state and federal entities in support of OIG programs and initiatives.
