Quality Control Supervisor

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Office of Inspector General, Bureau of Medicaid Integrity seeks to hire a Quality Control Supervisor. This position will oversee a quality control analyst’s work product to determine the accuracy and correctness of the analyst’s decisions. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of state and federal policy for Medicaid healthcare programs. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment to identify priorities, work collaboratively with various providers to proactively address issues, and to ensure the analysts complete assignments timely and accurately. The ideal candidate will also exhibit strong leadership skills to achieve set goals while demonstrating independent initiative and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
