The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Office of Inspector General, is seeking an experienced and qualified paraprofessional to fulfill the responsibilities of an Office Support Specialist for the Bureau of Investigations in the Complaint Intake Unit. The duties include maintaining confidential information, spreadsheets, and reports from various investigations, disseminating incoming correspondence, and coordinating office processes. We are seeking an individual with strong office experience and customer service skills to add to our professional team. Qualified applicants should have extensive knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation, including, logic computer language and programs. This position will work independently and set priorities to maintain a smooth flow of work assignments.
