The Office of Inspector General (OIG) at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Bureau of Medicaid Integrity, is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator. Under general supervision, the Office Coordinator prepares all financial documents and/or records gathering data, coordinating, monitoring, and completing assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a quality-improvement or compliance-focused organization and be familiar with other health-centric state and federal regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and OIG internal databases, and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and possess a willingness to help.
