Office Support Coordinator

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Office of Inspector General is seeking to hire an Office Support Coordinator in its Office of Counsel to the Inspector General. Under general supervision, this position will prepare legal filings, including administrative termination and recoupment notices, for filing and service; conduct special projects and studies by gathering data, coordinating, monitoring, and completing assigned projects; serves as office liaison to external parties and internal bureaus; leads administrative functions for specialized internal practice groups; leads administrative functions for internal committees; and undertake all other related administrative tasks as the need arises.
