AIG’s Inspector General Institute®

Our next Institute® is scheduled for March 14th – 18th, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport.  Online applications for admission will be available on December 1, 2021 and review of applications will begin in January 2022.  Space for each program will be limited, so please apply early.

Proposed Changes to AIG’s Green Book

Thank you to those who responded with comments to the proposed changes to the AIG’s Principles and Standards for Offices of Inspectors General (the “Green Book”). The comments are currently under review by the AIG’s Standards and Practices Committee.  A revised version of the Green Book will be forthcoming.

Congratulations to Ellen Ha

Congratulations to Ellen Ha on her appointment as Detroit’s Inspector General.  Ha was sworn-in on August 28, 2018.  She was previously the Detroit Law Department’s chief of staff.

Congratulations to Lisa Green

On August 14, 2018, Lisa Green was appointed Jacksonville, Florida’s new city inspector general after the City Council approved her four-year appointment. Green takes the position after serving as interim inspector general since June.
