To reserve a room, call the hotel at (312) 836-5000 and be sure to inform them that you are attending the conference to get the conference rate. The hotel discount rate expires on April 19, 2011, so be sure to make your reservations by then.

AIG’s Online Conference Registration Form lets you pay by credit card.
Registering by Mail
You can download the registration form here: Registration-by-Mail Form and then mail it in with your credit card information or a check or an agency purchase order.
Register Through Your Agency
The Online Conference Registration Form also provides a way for an agency to purchase registrations for six or more participants at $275 each which is the agency discount rate.
