Senior Audit Manager

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), Bureau of Medicaid Integrity is seeking to hire a highly professional Senior Audit Manager who will be responsible for leading and conducting key activities for OIG’s compliance oversight of HFS’s healthcare programs.

In this capacity, the Senior Audit Manager will oversee OIG’s Audit Unit, which includes developing complex audit protocols, policies, and procedures, reporting audit results, establishing new or refining existing audit plans, assessing regulatory compliance needs of healthcare programs, and establishing training modules for staff operations utilizing various audit applications. The Senior Audit Manager will be expected to work independently and oversee multiple projects throughout their life cycle to completion. The Senior Audit Manager will also analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine the compliance and regulatory issues related the healthcare regulations and guidelines. This position will require adherence to deadlines and the ability to multitask.
